This. Manticore is not fully installed.

What system is on the server? (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, etc.)

Execute these commands in turn.

sudo yum install https://repo.manticoresearch.com/manticore-repo.noarch.rpm
sudo yum install manticore manticore-extra
sudo systemctl stop manticore
sudo systemctl start manticore

What CPUs are you using? Intel has had SSE4.2 since 2009 from what I can tell.

As a temporary solution, change the Engine item in the plugin settings to rowwise. Save the settings!!! Start rebuilding the search index.

But of course this is not the best solution, because the Columnar library gives a very big performance gain. I would recommend to contact the hoster to change the hardware on the server.
